Ingredients :
Sliced veggies : potato, cauliflower, onion, raw banana.
Oil for deep frying
Besan flour :1 cup
Rice flour : 2 table spoons
Soda bicarbonate : 1 tsp
Turmeric : 1 tsp
Chilly powder : 1 tsp ( as per taste)
Asofetida : 1pinch
Salt as per taste
pour water slowly and mix the ingredients and make it to a flowing consistency ( like dosa batter).
add the veggies to the batter and make sure they are coated well with the batter ( not over coated).
Now put them one by one in the hot oil and fry them in medium fire, so that the veggies and the batter
are cooked well.
Enjoy these crispy delicious bajji with filter coffee or ginger tea.
